IMPAKS is committed to offering authentic sports memorabilia to collectors and fans.
All autographed items offered through the IMPAKS marketplace are either:
• Authenticated by a recognized third-party authentication service (such as Beckett, PSA/DNA, or JSA), or
• Obtained in person at private signing events and guaranteed authentic by IMPAKS.
Items that include third-party authentication will clearly indicate the authentication provider in the product description.
For items obtained through private signings or in-person events, IMPAKS guarantees the authenticity of the autograph.

Some listings may use representative or stock images, particularly for items that are part of a limited inventory or sourced from signing events.
In these cases:
• The item you receive will be the same type and quality as the item shown
• Autograph placement and appearance may vary slightly due to natural signature variations
Any item photographed individually will be identified as the exact item shown.

Minor variations in packaging, autograph placement, or item condition may occur due to the nature of signed collectibles.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

By purchasing or participating in any Impaks drop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase Impaks Drop Packs.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of Products
Impaks Drop Packs are digital products containing pre-configured contents.
Each drop includes a fixed number of individually numbered packs.
Customers may select from available pack numbers at the time of purchase.
Pack contents are pre-determined prior to the drop going live and are not altered after purchase.
All sales are final once completed.

3. Series Insert Cards (Digital)
Series Insert Cards are digital, platform-based profile collectibles.
They:
• Are not physical items
• Are not NFTs or blockchain assets
• Are not downloadable files
• Are not transferable or tradeable
• Have no cash value
Insert Cards remain viewable within your Impaks account.

4. Vault Cards (Physical Items)
A Vault card represents a secured physical autographed item tied to that specific drop.
If a Vault Auto is included in a purchased pack:
• The purchaser will be contacted via the email associated with their account
• Fulfillment details will be provided after the drop concludes
• Physical items are shipped following verification
Impaks reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Impaks Points
Impaks Points are automatically credited to your account upon purchase.
Points:
• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• May only be used within the Impaks platform
Impaks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the points system at any time.
Points may also be awarded through promotional campaigns or community initiatives at Impaks’ discretion.

Impaks products are sold for entertainment and collectible purposes only.
