Impaks is a digital collectible experience built around opening packs, collecting cards, completing sets, and unlocking real rewards.

Every pack contains digital collectible cards, with opportunities to pull rare cards and instant Vault wins.

Every Impaks pack contains a collection of digital cards from the current Series.

Depending on the pack you choose, you’ll have different opportunities for higher-tier cards and Vault hits.

Each pack level provides a different collecting experience.

CLASSIC — The starting point for building your collection.

ELITE — Increased exposure to higher-tier cards.

BALLER — Our premium pack with the strongest access to rare cards and premium opportunities.

Exact contents and guarantees are displayed on each pack’s product page.

After checkout, your pack is delivered directly to your Pack Room. 

From there, simply open your pack to reveal the cards you’ve collected and see if you’ve hit a Vault.

You can also access your Packs inside your account - Main menu > Account > Profile > View Your Drops

Cards pulled from Impaks packs are digital collectibles.

They live within the Impaks ecosystem and can be used to build sets, complete redemptions, participate in eligible events, and access other collecting features.

Impaks cards are divided into four rarity levels:

Tier 1 — Common

Tier 2 — Uncommon

Tier 3 — Rare

Tier 4 — Legendary

Higher tiers are increasingly difficult to pull, with Tier 4 representing the rarest cards in a Series.

Collect all four tiers belonging to the same card set:

Tier 1 + Tier 2 + Tier 3 + Tier 4 = Complete Set

Complete additional sets to work your way toward larger redemption opportunities.

Cards submitted toward a completed redemption are marked as redeemed and can no longer be used toward another redemption.

Until you redeem them, they’re yours to continue collecting.

The Vault is where the real-world hits live.

Select Impaks packs contain instant Vault wins featuring trading cards, autographed memorabilia, collectibles, and other prizes.

If your pack contains a Vault, you’ll know when you open it.

First — congrats.

Complete the Vault Redemption Form and choose what you want to do with your hit.

You can select:

SHIP IT — Have your Vault item shipped directly to you.

SELL IT — List the item on the Impaks Marketplace.

EXCHANGE IT — Trade the item for IMPAKS Points. Values vary depending on the item.

No.

If available for your Vault, you can choose to have the item shipped, list it on the Marketplace, or exchange it for Impaks Points.

Impaks Points are rewards you can use toward purchasing future packs.

Points can be earned through qualifying purchases and promotions or received through certain Vault and redemption options.

Available uses for Points are displayed within Impaks.

Eligible cards can be sold through the Impaks Marketplace.

Marketplace eligibility may depend on the card tier, Series, or active Marketplace rules.

Not every card is eligible for sale.

When Marketplace functionality is available, eligible cards listed by other collectors can be purchased to help build or complete your collection.

Official ownership must be transferred through Impaks for the card to count toward your collection and redemptions.

Yes.

Just like traditional collecting, you may pull cards you already own.

Duplicates can still contribute to additional completed sets or other eligible Impaks features.

No.

Unless a specific pack explicitly guarantees a card tier or reward, purchasing multiple packs does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Any guarantees offered by a pack will be clearly displayed on its product page.

Because Impaks packs contain digital collectible content that is delivered and revealed electronically, purchases are generally final once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.
