IMPAKS RULES

A NEW WAY TO COLLECT.

Impaks combines digital pack openings, collectible cards, real-world Vault hits, set redemptions, rewards, and a collector marketplace into one experience.

Every pack is an opportunity to build your collection, complete sets, chase rare cards, and unlock real rewards.

Please review the rules below before purchasing.

1. PACKS

Impaks packs are digital products delivered electronically after purchase.

Each pack contains digital collectible cards from the Series identified on the product page and may also contain an instant Vault hit.

Pack contents are assigned before delivery and may vary between packs.

Different pack types may have different card distributions, rarity opportunities, Vault opportunities, pricing, or guaranteed contents. Always review the individual pack description before purchasing.

Unless specifically stated as guaranteed, purchasing a pack does not guarantee a particular card, rarity tier, set, Vault hit, or reward.

Purchasing multiple packs does not guarantee a Vault hit or specific rarity unless the promotion or product specifically states otherwise.

2. PACK TIERS

Impaks may offer multiple pack levels, including:

CLASSIC

The entry point into the current Series.

ELITE

Enhanced opportunities for higher-tier cards and premium hits.

BALLER

The highest pack level, offering increased access to premium card tiers and high-end opportunities.

Exact contents, guarantees, card distributions, Vault availability, and odds may change between Series.

The product page for each pack will always contain the rules and guarantees applicable to that particular release.

3. OPENING YOUR PACK

After checkout, your pack is delivered digitally and made available through your Pack Room.

Your pack-opening experience reveals the digital cards assigned to your purchase and will identify any applicable Vault hit.

Once delivered, your digital pack contents belong to your Impaks account subject to these Rules.

Digital pack contents cannot be exchanged simply because a purchaser did not receive the card, tier, set, or Vault hit they hoped to receive.

4. DIGITAL COLLECTIBLE CARDS

Impaks cards are digital collectibles used throughout the Impaks ecosystem.

Cards may be organized by:

Series → Set → Tier

A typical set contains multiple rarity tiers that must be collected to complete that set.

Card rarity and availability can vary substantially. Higher-tier cards may have significantly lower circulation than common cards.

A digital card does not represent ownership of any physical item pictured or referenced on the card unless Impaks specifically states otherwise.

Cards may have additional utility through redemptions, promotions, bounties, marketplace eligibility, or future Impaks programs.

5. CARD TIERS & RARITY

Each Series may contain multiple card rarity levels.

For Series utilizing the four-tier structure:

TIER 1 — Base rarity

TIER 2 — Increased rarity

TIER 3 — Limited availability

TIER 4 — Highest rarity / chase tier

Not every pack type provides the same exposure to each tier.

Some packs may guarantee certain tiers while others only provide an opportunity to receive them.

Exact distributions are determined by the individual Series and pack type.

6. BUILDING & COMPLETING SETS

Cards from the same set can be collected together to complete a set.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular Series, completing a set requires ownership of all required card tiers within that set.

Owning cards from different sets does not constitute a completed set.

Collectors may continue accumulating cards, completing additional sets, or holding eligible cards for other Impaks opportunities.

7. SET REDEMPTIONS

Redemption Ladder Eligibility: Each completed set must be a different Series 2 set to count toward the Redemption Ladder. Multiple copies of the same completed set may be redeemed separately, but duplicate sets do not increase your Redemption Ladder level. For example, redeeming two completed Maize sets does not qualify as a 2-Set Redemption. A 2-Set Redemption requires two different completed sets (example: Maize Tier 1–4 + Blue Tier 1–4). If duplicate completed sets are submitted together, each will be processed as a separate 1-Set Redemption and will not be combined to reach a higher Redemption Ladder level.

Completed sets may be eligible for redemption through Impaks.

Available rewards and redemption values may vary depending on the Series, number of completed sets, pack category, or active redemption program.

Eligible rewards may include:

Vault rewards • Impaks Points • Impaks Gift Cards • Merchandise • Memorabilia • Special rewards or experiences

The available redemption options will be disclosed by Impaks when applicable.

To redeem, the collector must own all cards required for the selected redemption at the time the redemption is submitted.

Once cards are successfully redeemed, those cards are considered used for redemption and cannot be used again toward another redemption unless specifically stated otherwise.

Impaks reserves the right to verify card ownership before fulfilling any redemption.

8. VAULT HITS

Some Impaks packs contain an instant Vault hit.

A Vault hit represents a reward separate from the digital cards contained within the pack.

Vault rewards may include trading cards, autographed memorabilia, collectibles, merchandise, experiences, Impaks Points, or other prizes identified by Impaks.

When a Vault is hit, the winner must complete the Impaks Redemption Form to select an available redemption option.

Vault winners may generally choose from the following options:

SHIP MY ITEM

Have the physical Vault item shipped to you.

SELL ON THE MARKETPLACE

List the Vault item for sale through the Impaks Marketplace, subject to applicable Marketplace rules and fees.

EXCHANGE FOR IMPAKS POINTS

Exchange the Vault item for the Impaks Points amount offered for that particular Vault.

Once a Vault redemption option has been processed, the selection is final.

Physical items may vary slightly in appearance from promotional images because of photography, display settings, packaging, signatures, or other normal product variations.

9. SHIPPING VAULT ITEMS

Collectors choosing Ship My Item must provide accurate shipping information through the redemption process.

Impaks is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside of Impaks’ reasonable control.

Any visible shipping damage should be reported promptly after delivery with photographs of the packaging and item so the issue can be reviewed.

Shipping availability or additional costs for destinations outside the standard shipping area may vary and will be disclosed when applicable.

10. IMPAKS POINTS

Impaks Points are an on-platform reward currency that may be earned through qualifying purchases, promotions, Vault exchanges, or other Impaks activities.

Points can be used only where Impaks specifically permits them.

Impaks Points:

Have no cash value • Cannot be withdrawn as cash • Cannot be transferred outside permitted Impaks functionality • Are subject to the active Impaks rewards program

Points earned from a purchase may be reversed when the underlying transaction is refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back.

Promotional or bonus Points may have separate conditions disclosed when issued.

11. THE IMPAKS MARKETPLACE

The Impaks Marketplace allows eligible collectibles and items to be offered for sale within the Impaks ecosystem.

Marketplace eligibility may vary depending on the item, card tier, Series, or seller.

Not every digital card is automatically eligible for Marketplace listing.

Impaks may limit Marketplace eligibility to designated card tiers or items.

Physical Vault items may also be listed through the Marketplace when the Vault winner selects Sell on Marketplace during redemption.

Applicable commissions, seller fees, shipping requirements, payment terms, and Marketplace policies will be disclosed to the seller.

12. CARD OWNERSHIP & TRANSFERS

For purposes of Impaks redemptions, promotions, and other ecosystem benefits, Impaks recognizes the ownership information maintained within the Impaks system.

When an eligible digital collectible is officially sold or transferred through an approved Impaks process, applicable rights associated with that collectible transfer to the new owner.

A seller cannot continue using a card toward a redemption after ownership has been transferred.

Screenshots, downloaded images, copied files, or other reproductions of an Impaks card do not establish ownership.

13. BOUNTIES & SPECIAL CARD EVENTS

Impaks may periodically place special bounties or other bonuses on cards in circulation.

A bounty may be announced before or after the qualifying card enters circulation.

Bounties may remain hidden until a specified reveal date.

Collectors are free to hold or sell eligible cards before a bounty is revealed.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the bounty belongs to the verified owner of the qualifying card when the bounty’s ownership deadline or redemption condition is satisfied, not necessarily the person who originally opened the card.

Every bounty may include its own eligibility requirements, deadlines, reward, and redemption instructions.

14. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL EVENTS

Impaks may offer special promotions including giveaways, ticket promotions, community events, contests, bonus rewards, limited drops, and other collector experiences.

Each promotion may contain additional eligibility requirements or rules.

When specific promotional rules are published, those rules govern that promotion in addition to these general Impaks Rules.

Purchasing a pack does not guarantee eligibility for every future promotion.

15. ODDS & AVAILABILITY

When Impaks publishes pack odds or quantities, those figures apply to the applicable release or pool described.

Unless explicitly described otherwise, published odds represent the distribution across the applicable pack pool and do not mean that every individual sequence of purchases will produce results at that exact frequency.

For example, a stated Vault frequency does not guarantee that purchasing that number of packs will result in a Vault.

As packs are opened, the remaining composition of a limited pack pool may change.

Impaks will not intentionally alter already-assigned pack contents based on the identity of the purchaser.

16. REFUNDS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because Impaks packs contain digitally delivered collectible content whose contents are revealed after purchase, pack purchases are generally final once digital content has been delivered or accessed.

A disappointing pack result, failure to receive a desired rarity, or failure to hit a Vault does not qualify for a refund.

If a technical problem prevents proper delivery of purchased content, contact Impaks so the transaction can be reviewed and corrected.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

17. TECHNICAL ERRORS

If a technical malfunction, duplicate delivery, display error, incorrect assignment, pricing error, or other system issue occurs, Impaks may review the underlying transaction records to determine the legitimate result.

A visual or technical error does not create entitlement to a reward that was not legitimately assigned to the transaction.

Likewise, a technical display problem will not invalidate a legitimate reward that can be verified through Impaks records.

Impaks will use its transaction and assignment records as the authoritative source when resolving technical discrepancies.

18. FAIR PLAY

The Impaks ecosystem is built around fair participation.

Users may not intentionally exploit bugs, manipulate checkout or pack-delivery systems, create accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, falsify ownership, interfere with Marketplace transactions, abuse promotions, or otherwise manipulate the platform.

Impaks may cancel fraudulent or improperly obtained transactions, rewards, Points, redemptions, or Marketplace activity.

Accounts engaging in intentional abuse may be restricted or removed from Impaks.

19. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers should contact Impaks first if there is a legitimate problem with an order.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes involving properly delivered digital content may result in suspension of the associated account, Points, Marketplace privileges, pending redemptions, or other Impaks services while the dispute is investigated.

Legitimate billing or unauthorized-payment concerns will be handled appropriately.

20. SERIES-SPECIFIC RULES

The Impaks ecosystem will continue to evolve.

Future Series may introduce different:

Pack structures • Card tiers • Set sizes • Redemption ladders • Vaults • Categories • Marketplace functionality • Bounties • Collector rewards

When a Series operates differently from these general rules, the Series-specific rules displayed with that release will govern that particular feature.

This allows Impaks to introduce new ways to collect without changing the fundamental rules governing previously released products.

21. RULE UPDATES

Impaks may update these Rules as the platform evolves, new features are introduced, or clarification becomes necessary.

Updates will not be used to retroactively change a completed purchase or earned reward in a materially unfair way.

The rules and promotional terms applicable to a particular purchase, redemption, or promotion should be read together.
